This wet rub is great for thin steaks, like flanks and skirts. This recipe is for enough marinade for every two pounds of meat.

Spanish Wet Rub for Grilling Steaks


1/4 cup (62.5 mL) Maille Sherry Vinegar
1/4 cup (62.5 mL) olive oil
2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Maille Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. (14 g) smoked paprika
4 garlic cloves, minced


1. Combine all ingredients well, marinade up to 1 hour before grilling on a hot grill.
