Ultra-tasty, this steak slider is the perfect mouthful of tender steak and coleslaw in a couple of bites. Summer in your hand.

Steak, Coleslaw & Honey Mustard Sliders


  • 16 ounces of tenderloin
  • One cup of carrots
  • One cup of red onion
  • One cup cabbage
  • 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 2/3 cup of olive oil
  • Maille Honey Dijon mustard
  • Slider buns of choice


  • Cup of grated carrot
  • Cup of finely chopped cabbage
  • ½ cup of finely cut onion

Cut your tenderloin in around ½ to 1 inch medallions (to the thickness you desire), grill to your liking (I like my steak sliders medium). Remember to season well.

To serve

Combine vinegar, olive oil, 1 tbspn of Maille Honey Dijon mustard, drizzle and toss over coleslaw (use amount of dressing to your own taste).

Lightly toast your buns, slather with the mustard, top with tenderloin and coleslaw, suck it down in 2 bites and grab another.
