Cut your tenderloin in around ½ to 1 inch medallions (to the thickness you desire), grill to your liking (I like my steak sliders medium). Remember to season well.
Combine vinegar, olive oil, 1 tbspn of Maille Honey Dijon mustard, drizzle and toss over coleslaw (use amount of dressing to your own taste).
Lightly toast your buns, slather with the mustard, top with tenderloin and coleslaw, suck it down in 2 bites and grab another.
