Shrimp and Scallops A la Maille

Ingredients

  • 4 shrimps, by spit
  • 4 scallops, by spit
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • Hot pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp. of Mustard Maille Old Style
  • 2 Tsp. of Maille White Wine Vinegar
  • Pepper and salt of the mill

4 people

Preparation

Marinate the shrimp and scallops in Maille à l’Ancienne Old Style Mustard, lemon juice, shallots, garlic, hot pepper and ground pepper for 1 hour.

Cook spits on the barbecue for 2 to 3 minutes on each side and serve.
