A favourite of seafood lovers, sautéed shrimp laid on a bed of orzo pasta with roasted red pepper packs a punch of flavour.
Cook orzo as directed on the package and put aside.
In a skillet, heat over medium-high heat, oil and butter and sauté shrimp 3 minutes.
Add shallots and garlic. Cook 1 minute.
Deglaze with white wine and mustard.
Add red peppers, orzo and cream and mix well.
