With a simple ratios - 3-1-1 (3 fat, 1 acid, 1 mustard) - and basic ingredients, you can create a variety of fun and easy sauces that will be perfect for any occasion or meal. Plus, it only takes a few minutes!

French Sauce

3 crème fraiche, 1 vinegar, 1 mustard + herbs or alcohol

Red Wine Sauce

3 dry red wine, 1 balsamic vinegar + 1 Dijon mustard
