Maille Punch

Recipe from the Tasting Table Test Kitchen for Maille Mustard.

Maille Punch


  •  1½ ounces gin 
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 
  • ¾ ounce peach brandy 
  • ½ ounce honey 
  •  ¼ teaspoon Maille Dijon Originale mustard 
  •  Club soda, for serving
  •  Lime wedge, for garnish 
  •  Sprig of mint, for garnish 
  •  Pomegranate seeds, for garnish

  1. In an ice filled cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, brandy, honey and Maille​ Dijon Originale​ mustard, and shake until the mustard has completely dissolved. 
  2. Strain the cocktail into a ice­filled rocks glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, a sprig of mint and pomegranate seeds, then serve.
