Same ratios, different flavours, different dips! Make these simple but succulent dips and pair them with your favourite veggies, flatbreads, crackers and more by simply respecting the following ratios: 3-1-1-1 (3 parts dairy, 1 sweet, 1 acidic, 1 mustard).
Use yoghurt (3 dairy + 1 sweet) lemon juice (1 acid) and mustard + add dill and garlic
Use yoghurt (3 dairy + 1 sweet) lemon juice (1 acid) and mustard + add mint and garlic
250g cream cheese, 1 medium tomatoe finely chopped, basil to taste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard, combine all ingredients together in a bowl and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
