Whisk the oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard and shallot together in a small bowl.
Spread Maille Dijonnaise on bottom slice of baguette and layer meats on bread.
Add cheese, romaine leaves and vinaigrette, and top with other half of baguette.
Slice sandwich diagonally into two of four pieces.
