1. Spread the butter on the outside of two slices of bread.
2. Spread the Maille Hot Dijon Mustard on the inside of the two slices.
3. Place apple slices and grated cheese on one slice of bread and close the sandwich.
4. Grill the sandwich in a panini press or a cast iron pan.
5. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
