This classic Italian dish is elevated with the flavours of Maille Dijon Mustard for a rich, creamy taste.
Cook penne according to package directions. Brown chicken with oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and put aside.
Cook onion in a skillet over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add cooked chicken, artichokes, black olives, dried tomatoes, cream and mustard and simmer for 3 minutes.
Stir in the pasta and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
