Chicken Penne with Dijon Mustard Sauce

This classic Italian dish is elevated with the flavours of Maille Dijon Mustard for a rich, creamy taste.

Chicken Penne with Dijon Mustard Sauce


  • 500 mL Penne
  • 500 g Chicken breast cut in cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. of butter
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 50 mL sundried tomato, julienned
  • 50 mL whole black olives
  • 1 can artichokes, cut in quarters
  • 250 mL 35% cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Maille Dijon Mustard
  • 50 mL grated Parmesan cheese

Cook penne according to package directions. Brown chicken with oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and put aside.

Cook onion in a skillet over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add cooked chicken, artichokes, black olives, dried tomatoes, cream and mustard and simmer for 3 minutes.

Stir in the pasta and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
