There's nothing quite like a fresh, colourful pasta to lighten your mood on a cool day.
1 ½ pounds of cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons of fresh, grated, mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive-oil
2 teaspoons of Maille Red Wine Vinegar
½ cup of fresh, chopped basil
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
Optional: Kalamata Olives, pitted
12 ounces of pasta of your choice
Mix tomatoes, oil and Maille’s Red Wine Vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and place in the fridge for about an hour.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain the pasta and return to the pot. Mix all the ingredients together and sprinkle basil, oregano, fresh mozzarella, seasoned as you desire.
