Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz lemon
  • 1/2 oz liquid cane sugar
  • 1 oz Cognac Remy Martin VSOP
  • 1 oz white cranberry juice
  • 4 beet pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Maille honey mustard
  • Ice

Preparation

In a shaker, add the beets, the lemon juice and the sugar. Crush them gently with a pestle. Add the other ingredients and the ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Serve in a Martini glass with the help of strainer.
